Do you choose "yes"?

Immerse yourself into the famous Jewish Brazilian writer Clarice Lispector’s Journey to YES.

We begin at our Clarice Lispector’s “I CHOOSE YES” Gala on October 6th, 2016 to raise funds for our upcoming production, Inside The Wild Heart, a sensorial theatrical immersion into the life and works of Jewish Brazilian writer Clarice Lispector. The show will premiere on November 3rd, 2016 in New York, NY.

Beginning at the Gala, with performance art glimpses of the show, and finally through the Inside the Wild Heart theater production, you’ll see, feel, and experience why Clarice Lispector is described as the most important Jewish Brazilian writer in the world since Kafka, and her persistent questioning of the CHOICES between yes and no.

A site-specific, fully immersive and participatory theatrical experience that transports audiences directly inside Clarice Lispector’s heart. The performance happens in a house setting where the audience can freely walk from room to room following the performers and interacting with the environment. Each room is an art installation inspired by a strong theme in Clarice's writing.

The show, created by Andressa Furletti and Debora Balardini and directed by Regina Miranda, integrates visual arts, film, music and performance art to embody the writer’s deepest feelings.
